You simply detect the host header and depending on the host header redirect to domain.com/anothersite/ index.asp. You can virtually run unlimited domains and sub domains this way. Also you can set it so it pull data from another directory rather than redirect. You can also attach other full domains (i.e. domain2.com) and detect them and point them to other virtual directories. This is a great way to run dynamically created sites such as site1.domain.com, site2.domain.com and so on.
