Q. How can I Pay? Yearly or monthly A. Both, though 6 months and yearly have discounted rates and don’t incur a setup fee.
Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee? A. Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all new accounts. If you’re not satisfied with your account for any reason you can cancel it and we will refund your money. There is a questionnaire requesting information on your decision which we would appreciate your filling out, but there is no obligation to do so. We appreciate honest feedback so that we can continually improve our services to our customers.
Q. If I pay annually and decide to cancel, am I entitled to get any of my money back? A. If a prepaid account is cancelled within 90 days of its purchase date, M6.Net will issue the refund for all remaining credit in that account at the end of the current month.
For accounts cancelled after the 90 day period, refunds will only be issued at the full discretion of M6.Net
Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees? A. There are no hidden costs, all fees are stated on our pricing page. If you prepay for 6 months or more then there is no setup fee. Monthly payments incur different setup fees depending on the account type. These are listed on the pricing page.
Q. What credit cards do you accept? A. All major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. You can also pay using Paypal.
Q. Am I billed automatically? A. Yes, for Monthly accounts you will be charged automatically. For Pre-paid (yearly\6months) you will be charged automatically or be presented with an invoice when it is due. You nominate your payment preferences during the signup period. You can also change the payment preferences at a later time through the control panel.
Q. What currency are your fees in? A. All prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
Q. Can I later upgrade? How long does it take? A. You can upgrade your package by sending a support request through the control panel. Your plan will be upgraded as soon as we process your request. If you're paying incrementally your next bill will be the monthly cost of the new plan. If you're prepaid, we will begin deducting the new amount from your credits automatically.
Q. How soon can my account be setup? A. Your website will be available within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. Usually much sooner
