How many websites can I host with a reseller account? Do you allow overselling on reseller accounts? Can we create our own resellers with our reseller account? Will all my customers have their own CoPanel/webmail login? Which account types can be resold?
Q. How many websites can I host with a reseller account? A. This varies with the account that you have. The NetStarter account supports 2 full websites, Business supports 5, Designer 10, ProDeveloper 25 and PowerSeller 80. If you need more then is offered by one of our plans, please see the pricing page for your account type for details.
Q. Do you allow overselling on reseller accounts? A. Yes. Please see the pricing page for your account type for details on the costs associated with this.
Q. Can we create our own resellers with our reseller account? A. We do not support resale accounts acting as resellers. If you wish to host your own clients please purchase a reseller account.
Q. Will all my customers have their own CoPanel/webmail login? A. Your resale clients will have their own CoPanel login, and you can set up their email accounts from your master account. Simply log in to your account and open the “Settings” menu, then click on “Email Accounts”. From here you can select “Add User” to create a new email account.
