Q. What is the typical load average on your web servers?
A. On average, our systems use between 10% – 15% CPU and 50% of availbale RAM.
Q. What are your server hardware specifications?
A. We have over 100 Pentium 4 machines between 2.4 and 3.0GHz with 1GB of RAM. The servers are connected to the Internet via 100-1000mbit network cards. All servers run Microsoft Windows Server 2003. All new servers will have 2GB of RAM, we are constantly acquiring new servers with better and better specifications.

A. Yes. All our web servers support server extensions 2002.
Q. What can you guarantee (Uptime)
A. We don’t offer an uptime guarantee, however last year we achieved an average server uptime of 99.97%. Our newer servers achieved 99.99% uptime. All new clients are placed on our newest servers.
Q. What do you consider excessive amounts of resources?
A. This will vary, but generally, anything that has a perceivable affect on server performance is ‘excessive’.
Q. Do you support anonymous ftp?
A. Yes, However you will need to purchase a static IP in order to take advantage or anonymous FTP.
