Welcome
Thank you to all the people who visited http://www.Plinkme.com last week and submitted feedback. We now have thousands of photos and growing. This week we are adding a mail server and getting very close to releasing a new support system back end. You won't see any changes on your side but it will mean a big difference for our support team. We'll be able to have more support working concurrently and at a much faster pace which will mean we will be able to respond to queries faster. |

Bob Watson Network Operations |
Network Administration
As Michael mentioned above, a lot of the work in the last week has been dealing with part of our operations that will go unnoticed by you, our users. However, I expect to see a real step up in the effectiveness of our support team and our machines once the changes take effect. I have spent this week cleaning up old servers in preperation for moving all our oldest customers to new, faster hardware and more modern software. We also now have a new mail server for new domains and new clients, and I will be moving the biggest mail sites off our older machines and onto it. |

Support & Customer Service
This week has been another busy one for support with numbers still high but coming down. We'll likely continue to run some extra shifts until things are all back to normal in order to deal with the load. We've got a new mail server bring setup currently and a new web server on the way too. |
