I was quite surprised last week, of the large number of emails I
received in answer to my question. Thank you so much to everyone who
took the time to email me with their comments and suggestions. I am
working through these right now and intend to personally respond to
everyone by the end of the week. Many suggestions for improvements
were sent in and as I read through each email I look at whether we
already have it implemented or have it planned for implementation
and if not look at how we can work on implementing the suggestion. Josh is doing well taking over the Technical Support Leader role - already many improvements have been made with many more to come. A lot of you will see Josh active in support as he comes to understand the detail of providing support to you. Important bugs have been picked up in the new Control Panel beta testing and are currently being worked on and once they are resolved we will roll out the beta test to more clients. |

Tuesday afternoon local time the issue has been resolved. I
am also hard at work on internal documentation regarding
procedures and server inventories. I am also learning more
about, not only time management techniques, but also project
management and prioritizing tasks and being more efficient
in the ways my daily tasks are handled.

I am currently organizing a lot of documentation to help the flow of information from shift to shift. I’m settling in quite well I think and I am starting to get the feel for how things are done and some ideas on how they can become a little better. We have had a few technical difficulties over the last 24-36 hours but I believe the support team handled the job very well. |

This week our main task has bee bug
fixing and system testing, not just to our new control panel, but we
also dove into and fixed a few bugs with our internal system tools
that needed urgent attention. Billing related bugs are always on the
top of our priority list and we are glad that we have resolved all
outstanding issues this week. Besides billing issues we have also
reworked some code in the new control panel to speed up the response
of the file manager. The Next phase of the new control panel testing
will start as soon as we get the current bugs resolved.
