Welcome | |
Mary is taking over as the main developer for M6.Net projects from Ananth who is leaving us this week. A big welcome to Mary who brings years of experience on the .Net platform. Mary will work on internal projects first once which is a good place to get up to speed on our database and core operational code in our automation and administration systems. I'd like to say a big thank you to Ananth who has developed a lot of great things for us and improved the overall code base of our operation. All of us at M6.Net wish Ananth all the best for future. I have been work closely with Bob to ensure our procedures are updated for the alert systems. We have brought on new technology and been able to refine our alert systems to be more proactive. With the new procedures set, Bob will be training the support team in how to respond. We will be putting these to video as well to make our training efforts more efficient. |

We've had another uneventful week, which has allowed me the time to overhaul some procedural things and make some improvements to our monitoring systems. I have also been working on increased levels of support documentation and training material. |

This week has seen support get a little busy due to an issue with one of our older servers. This has seen support levels rise since the weekend, but we are still on top of things on the whole, as the rest of the servers are behaving well. We still have a few clients who need to update their payment details with us, so if you haven't checked yours yet, please do so from your control panels' account section as soon as possible. |

The devteam has a new team member; Mary; that will be taking over Ananths position as the lead developer for .NET projects. She will be concentrating on some new internal projects for the first few weeks and then continue doing what Ananth did. This past week Ananth has been showing Mary our system. |
