  Welcome

Everything is back in order. The support queue has been a little busier than normal but due to client activities than any particular issues.

I am continuing to work with Gavan on system wide server administration, procedures and setups to reduce risks, improve reliability and performance. I am also working with Matt to write up procedures on all checks we do (in explicit detail)  so we can then list these under the typical issues and queries we receive, to help speed up training new team members and give our support people something to help them when they are under pressure.

Network Administration

Another busy week with mail server issues late last week again causing some complications. However I'm pleased to say the issue is now resolved after a disk error on the affected mail server, however this time it was the client drive and not the system drive.

This week I will be dedicating time to documenting some internal procedures and planning out requirements and objectives for internal developments which will help us manage growth and manage our networks as a whole.

Hi All! It was a busy week and the support team was under high load. As there are some new changes going with the process and some of the servers setup for many good reasons. This will surely bring a change in the way things have been running in past. We are looking forward to reduce the response time furthermore and that should make the things at clients end much better.

Just a reminder again! Please send complete details about your problem. Many times this reduces the response time and makes things easier for support person.
