I have worked out ways of improving internal communications which I am
now implementing with the team. As you can imagine, pretty much
everything about our business passes through a database. In the last
week in order to improve client communications and detect
operational and client issues faster, I have devised some data
mining reports which we can running on a daily basis that will mine
deeply and identify all pending issues. Basically if we were to
resolve the issues identified by the report - everyone would be
happy and all systems would be running efficiently. I hope to have
this implemented within the next week. Patrick Lim has joined us this week as Roli's replacement. This week we are introducing him to our database, intranet, control panel etc and once he has a solid understanding he will take the lead in resolving any issues in our systems and building new functions. There is a stats issue that some of you are facing at the moment and Gavan is working hard with SmarterTools to resolve the problem. We expect a complete resolution to this issue by the end of this week. |

This week I have been looking into
a few server issue with ASP and.Net performance being slow on a
particular web server. I have also been looking into an issue
with a few stats sites for certain clients. We are communicating
with SmarterTools on this issue and hope to have a resolution
shortly.
I have also been been balancing mail and SQL servers of files from deleted accounts. |

Hello! It has been a quite week and no
major issues with any of the services. New control panel is on its way
soon so many issues related to automation stuff will be fixed and will
reduce the load on support team. With this our support team should be
able to concentrate more on providing extra support to more detailed
general queries. |
