Director
Welcome
It has been a very busy week as we have been helping over 200 clients migrate from our older servers. For many of these clients. There were a lot of settings that were not recorded in the database. The settings were not recorded in the database because a lot of the configuration was done manually at the time.

We have been running extra support shifts this week to help with the extra load, and we do understand there have been some delays for some clients. One thing that has made it very difficult for us this week is trying to work with clients that do not have up-to-date contact information. It is very important that you check to make sure that all your contact information is up to date as there are times we have to to call you in relation to a support query or need to send an alert in relation to an issue we are having with your account. Part of the delay this week is due to issues when trying to work with clients that have had out of date contact information. You can add contact information form the control panel.

We are now over the bulk of this weeks work in support and expect to be back to normal response times by the weekend. I do appreciate everyone's patience with us, and understanding as we have worked to finalize the migration of so many accounts from our old servers. Thank you

I've been away for this week as I've been moving house. But while I'm away, Gavan and Mary will be working on troubleshooting some of the migration hiccups we've had after retiring our oldest, least reliable machines.

This week has been a busy one for support, with issues from the recent server migration requiring a lot of our time to sort out. I'm pleased to say however that server stability has now improved greatly across the board now that we no longer have servers on the network that was causing us the problems which prompted the migration in the first place.

This week we have introduced some minor changes to our billing system. Otherwise we were mainly focused on fixing bugs in DNS Automation.
