Bob and the team have been handling things brilliantly allowing me some time on the longer term strategies and projects. I have spent some time data mining our database (with several years of data this is quite huge) - many thanks to Ananth with his help here. The data mining results prompted and confirmed various areas we need to focus our efforts over the coming months. After the data mining I have spent some time in good old Microsoft Project. Generally we are on track with most things, we are going to clean up some internal systems mainly with our intranet and support helpdesk functions to better match the new control panel and move older ASP pages to .NET, not that there is many. Looking at the customer side, most is planned in Copanel 3.1 and future versions but some things we need to address sooner are with the various confirmation pages after ordering a hosting account, they need a good overhaul to make it a lot simpler. |

A couple of software upgrades this week – firstly, for those of you who have been having mail issues over the past weeks, I've upgraded the problematic server to SmarterMail 3.0, which is much more able to cope with the volume of connections that that machine has had to handle. Thank you very much for all your patience while we were dealing with the issue -- we really appreciate it. |

This week has been another good one for support, although some connections issues at our office location have slowed things down slightly for us during the past 24-36hours. Other than that, it's been a pretty smooth week with no major server issues. We're going to be looking at training a couple of new support members in the coming week aswell. |

Hi everyone, been working on some internal reporting this week, apart from that we have fixed a few outstanding bugs in the control panel. |
