We've been sorting through numerous applications for new support team members this week, looking to add people to the team in order to bring our level of support up a notch. Michael and I have also been reading through your comments and suggestions at feedback@m6.net - and have identified some key areas where we need to improve. |

This week has been rather event-free for support, with no major server issues. It hasn't been quiet though, with support requests coming in at a steady rate. I'd like to take this opportunity to remind all clients to check that their account details are correct and up to date; this includes CC info, address and phone numbers that are linked to your account, and also email addresses. Due to recent changes by our bank we need to ensure all client payment details are up to date, so we'll be trying to contact you if your details need updating. In other news, we have a new web server that new accounts are going to as our steady growth continues. |
