Again a good with everything moving ahead very well. Our support team is able to handle a lot of queries and we are trying to maintain and improve our ETA on support requests.

As mentioned in my last news letter, about the ideas and improvements you think we should implement, I have got many emails with a lot of good ideas and suggestions. We will do our best to address and implement new ideas suggested by you.

There were some hardware issues related to a database server this week which we are just finishing off now. Unfortunately servers are machines which do just fail. We test and monitor all equipment as best we can. We always do our best to avoid such issues and will always reflect on the experiences to learn from them - but it is always hard, if not impossible, to prevent unexpected hardware failures.
