Welcome | |
|
|
Rohan and I are building a new web site for M6.Net. I am really
enjoying it and Rohan is making excellent progress.
I'd like to ask you a favor... we want to put screenshots on our site of various sites we host. Could we take a screenshot of your site to use? If you are ok with this could you please email rohanr@m6.net with the link to the site we can take a snapshot of. Also we would like to put some quotes of our clients on the site, if you would like to submit something along with your name and link please email this to rohanr@m6.net Over the last week the support team has been sharing support queries that made them feel good - either queries from clients with a positive result, or queries they did that they felt were challenging and felt good about resolving. I'd like to thank Josh, Kunal, Matt, Bob, Sinha and Farooq for really getting into this. We are all now appreciating the success achieved within the support operations rather than bashing our minds constantly with issues. We're all learning that all though we deal with hundreds of issues per week, the majority are handled with a great level of success. Thank you! |

This week
has been another good week, with only
some minor server issues to attend to.
One of our older servers is giving some
intermittent IIS issues, which is
something I have been looking in to. I
have also been doing server cleanups and
general day-to-day tasks, and also
preparing for a drive swap on a server
which has been having some disk issues
recently. As of next week I will be
joined by Bob on the Network Engineering
team, who will be a welcome addition.

Hi
everyone. The team is starting to really gel to this
new way of writing client responses. I will be
finalizing the Project plan for training
documentation. We have another 3 technical support
members starting over the next few weeks. In other
news we have been have been having continued
difficulty with AOL getting our mail servers onto
their white list. Hopefully this will be sorted out
within the week.

Hi everyone, in the last few days we
have changed our source repository to a new application that is more
integrated to Visual Studio. We had some issues with the old system
in synchronizing the files between different developers.
Vijay has been working on some reports the last few days which will give us a greater view of the resources we have available for us. Eg. We know now when a client has moved some domains from our servers and we can clean up the servers more effectively. Ananth and Javier has continued to work on the control panel with some UI changes and still some permission changes in the file manager. With the synchronization problems behind us now we should be able to update the control panel easier. Like always, if you have any problems or comments you can send an email to bugs@copanel.com . |
