Director

  Welcome

A quiet week due to the Holiday break. Most of last week was spent ensuring that the monitoring and alert systems would function properly and testing new metrics. Everything worked perfectly.

We maintained support over the break, there were higer than normal support numbers as people worked over the holiday period but everything is well under control.

A big thank you to Ligon who was in charge of monitoring and maintenance over the holiday period and handled everything perfectly.

As a result of the holiday, I don't have much I can report on. As Michael mentioned, our monitoring system, on-call procedures and support staff did an excellent job over the 4 days.

This week has been good for support, we had less shift during the holiday period as per usualy however with some extra firepower on tuesday we were able to bring queries back down to a normal level wihtout any major problems. Currently we're traning one new support member, Dean, who is coming up to speed with more training sessions this week.

Hi everyone, Mary has been working very well the last week and done some small, but important, changes to the copanel, it will only effect people that have not kept up with updating their credit cards etc. We have done this to improve the communication with our clients and also make it easier to update payment details for an account that has been suspended.
