This week we have been busy making changes to our billing system to comply with the changes from our Bank coming in April. A big thank you to the many who have updated their credit card details, this is much appreciated. There are still a number of accounts that have not updated their card details. To ensure there are no issues with your account please login to your control panel and check your credit card details are up to date. |

We've had a very smooth week this week on the server side of things -- with almost nothing remarkable to report. This week I've been focusing on a number of 'back-end' details -- putting disaster recovery procedures in place and organising new members of the support team. |

A busy week this week for support, though server issue were kept to minimum which is good. We're currently dealing with a high number of support queries simply due to the load coming in - if your response from support has been delayed please don't worry, your queries will be attended to. |

The dev team has been busy implementing the new requirements our bank has for the billing system. We also implemented a simple call list, telephone system, for our support staff to be able to call you, our customers, in a systematic way to remind some of you to update your contact details. |
