I am making sure we are getting everything into place so we can release
the new control panel before fall and bring out a whole new line of
hosting products in addition to our current ones. To do this we are
expanding our server locations, bringing on more new monitoring
software, changing a lot of our system admin paradigms, beefing up
our training programs and revising and simplifying a lot of our
documentation for network administration and technical support. This
is all part of our long term strategic plan. The release of the new
control panel and new line of hosting products will be the fist
major step. I'm so excited I'm like a kid waiting for
Christmas. My time is spent guiding, coaching and coordinating
everyone to try and make Christmas come earlier. The new control panel and new hosting products have a lot of what a lot of you have been asking for for a while. I can't wait to get them into your hands. For us it will mean a surge in growth and this is why I am so persistent to ensure that all the stuff on our backend in systems and people is as efficient as possible before we release. |

This
week I have continued to focus on the higher
level administrative tasks, and also dealt with
some mail server issues. From this week there
will be some regular backup admin shifts in
place to allow delegation of day to day tasks in
order to free up some more of my time in order
to focus on longer term goals. We will also be
expanding our server locations very shortly.

This
week I have been concentrating on the planning for the
new staff members we will be getting in over the next
week or so. I have also been taking notes on small
problems within our management system to help provide a
quicker and simpler method to fixing more advanced
problems with billing and support queries.

Hi everyone, this past week we have
been focusing on the new control panel with most fixes and new
features to the reseller system. We have also worked on the
permission dialog for the file manager to make it more powerfull.
