Welcome | |

Our new http://www.m6.net site is out now. Over the coming weeks you will see the frontpage and product pages change as we test different designs to see which is more effective. This is the great thing about web sites - you change and test quickly and evolve a site to greater effectiveness. Our own product is our best tool for success. A massive effort is underway to perfect the automation behind the control panel. We found some automation failures and control panel issues were not being reported properly so everything now is going into the support que and support is responding to everything reported. This means our queries will go up but our level of service will improve greatly. Most of the control panel bugs have been fixed for the final version 3 release coming later next week. After this Ananth will be starting on 3.1 with a series of minor improvements. I would like to thank all of you who have provided bug reports and take the time to let us know of issues and assist us in fixing them. We all appreciate this very much. |

For all those hanging out for .NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005, we'll be
able to provide it very soon. If you're interested in being moved to one
of the new machines running the new technology, please notify
support@m6.net and we'll let you know as soon as the new servers are
available. Initially, places will be limited as there will only be one
web server available, and we'll be moving people on a first-come,
first-served basis -- but given a few months, we should have the
capacity to move anyone who wants to be moved.

This week and late last week there were some delays in responses to your requests. This was mainly because of a tuning in our system. The new change will now allow us to fix problems for you that you might face when doing from control panel. For example if you are trying to create a database and if it does not setup properly then we will get a notification quickly and we will fix it for you.

Hi Everyone, we have had a few problems with the automation on one of
the servers last week but it is all fixed now and the whole system
should be more robust. We are getting closer to a release of version 3
of the control panel and if nothing unforseen happens we should be able
to release it next week.
Vijay will be leaving us at the end of this week and he will be missed, he has done alot of good work in both support and development over the years. We wish him good luck and all the best for the future. |
