Another good week with the support team keeping on top of the support queue. Generally I have been working with Bob with operations planning for the next few months as well as project management on our Research and Development projects.

We have been chasing up some clients who we are still have problems receiving payments from. We are doing our best to not suspend client accounts due to payment issues and have given over 2 months to many client to resolve the issue with us. The major problem we have faced is that client contact details are not up to date and we have been unable to contact many clients - when this happens we are forced to stop the site(s) and put a notice on the domain saying the account has been suspended. Please make sure you keep your email address and telephone numbers updated with us using the control panel so we never have to take such drastic action.

This week has been busier than the past few for support, partly due to a long weekend here and an SQL server issue over that long weekend as well. Apart from that things have been good, with numbers staying at a manageable level. Once again I'd like to remind all client to give as much info as possible when submitting support requests in order to help us diagnose the issue first time and give you the best support possible.

Mary has had some time off this week.
