Michael Guilfoyle
Director

  Welcome

I am spending my week going through lots of customer feedback over the past few months to tweak the new products and write some copy for the new product pages.

Michael Nordling our most Senior Software Engineer who has been working on some of our bigger R&D project and has been with GloPro/M6.Net from the beginning, is now heading the M6.Net development team. Michael will bring strong leadership into the day-to-day development issues in order to bring out the new control panel and other projects much faster. You'll see him appear in this newsletter very soon.

This week has been fairly busy with new SQL, web, and dedicated servers to setup, along with cleaning mail servers and dealing with fraud accounts. I will be clearing more servers of fraud and deleted accounts in the coming week and there is also one more dedicated server to setup.

This week ill be concentrating on fixing some more of the technically challenging queries to understand some of the more difficult problems our support staff are faced with. Communication between shifts has improved since I’ve been here but there is still plenty of room for improvement.

This week has been a relatively unproductive week for me; I have caught a bad case of the flu on the weekend and have been resting early this week. I am back at work today and doing some catch up.

Early this week there was a meeting regarding the reseller system on our new control panel, it seems there are still changes we must make in order to meet our target of having a flexible reselling system. These changes have been started and we are confident the changes will not take long to implement. They will add a lot more control and flexibility for clients who are reselling.
