Welcome
Support is a little busier than usual this week. No major issues are causing extra support. It appears to us many clients are very, very busy with a number of projects which is very surprising for this time of year as most are on holidays. The internet industry seems to be growing faster again. On a news site, I saw a report that VC investments in technology are the highest in 4 years. From all the client activity we see there is a lot of innovative development work going on.

This week we would like to share with you something our design team has been working on with one of our partners. It's a unique, high quality, free photo site for photographers and web publishers. You can check it out at http://www.plinkme.com and email your feedback to feedback@plinkme.com.

I've spent this week working on the underpinnings of our billing system, and so there isn't a lot to report. The migration from our older machines is still underway, but will probably be held up about a week. I also hope to have a pair of new DNS servers available for general use in the very near futute.

Support & Customer Service
This week's been a busy one for support with high numbers from a busy weekend, a few issues and extra client activities which have seen support levels increase. We've currently got an issue with one of our stats servers, and there was an issue with the MS MSQL service on on of our older servers last week which increased load on support. We're bringing in some extra shifts to cope with the load, and expect things to be back to a normal level before too long.

This week we are mainly focused on some billing issues. Also we are working on our new support system and hope to deliver it soon.
