  Welcome

We're gearing up for a public wide beta of the new control panel. The new servers are in place. I have been poking around it looking for things I can pick up - mainly in the interface and visual discrepancies. After 4 years in development this will be a major milestone for us.

Everyone on the support team has been doing very well. We are continuing to grow fast and a lot of our clients are also growing fast - we can see a lot of you are adding more and more to your accounts and generating more traffic - this is TERRIFIC!

A big welcome to our new clients over the last few weeks. There is an issue on the server taking new clients - and it is being resolved today with a new server provisioned. The problem was due to a corrupt file(s) within the Windows system folders, rather than try and repair this everyone will be move to a new server that we can have full confidence in.

This week has been a little busier than usual as our newest web server just hasn’t been behaving properly. As a result of this I’ve been pushing through the new automation for server setups. Bob and I have been working on the new server setup automation as fast as possible so we can get a new server setup and move all the accounts from the troublesome server to a clean, fresh install.

Aside from that issue, it’s been a relatively smooth week with only a few server issues to deal with with is normal for this time of year.

Things are still pretty busy for support, but otherwise going well. One of our newer web servers has been having difficulty, so we have provisioned a brand new one for our new clients and will be moving them over shortly.

The majority of the queries we are now receiving are the sort of thing that will be simple to do via the new control panel - so I think we're all looking forward to seeing it in place soon.

Hi everyone, we got the new hardware now for the control panel and we are setting that up at the moment. Since it was a little delayed we cant announce the new control panel at the moment, but it should be done by the end of the week or by early next week, so very close now.
