Welcome | |
The past week we have seen everything brought back to normal and support queries being attended to much faster. The past month we had a number of issues due to attacks, clients running bad code on web and SQL Servers which Bob, Gavan and the team have successfully contained and sorted out. This caused the number of support queries to spike which made it hard for a relatively new team of support people to get on top of. Ashley, Jagadish and Kajan have developed an incredible amount of experience in the last month and are now able to tackle more queries and the harder queries. REMINDER: There are still a number of clients with expired credit cards and with the new bank system changes many will be rejected and this will result in account suspension. To ensure this does not happen to you please login to your control panel and update your credit card. Thank you. |

We've had another fairly quiet week, and I'm taking the opportunity it's presented to further refine some of our checks and procedures. I'm still interviewing new support people and building up our support team, looking to have 2 or 3 new people started by the end of next week. |

This week has been very good for support, we've managed to bring queries back down to a regular level after a very busy period. A few server issues compounded things for a while but now that we're running smoothly again we've been able to get on top of things. We're currently training a couple of new support staff and will be looking to train more in the coming weeks as well. Lastly, I'd like to remind clients again to update their CC and contact details with us if required to avoid any payment issues. You can check these details from the Account section of your control panel. |

Development team has been focusing on internal systems this week, and tidying up documentation for various internal projects. Ananth will be leaving us early next week for a new position in a different organization. We have a new team member, Mary, joining us tomorrow whom will be working closely with Ananth for a few days to get up to speed with our culture and projects. |
