  Welcome

Taking some time of with my family this week. But I can't help myself and watch all the metrics of the business and watch for emails from clients.

From what I see and question all is running smoothly. I hope everyone is having a great holiday!

As you can imagine this week has been slower than usual due to the holiday season. There was an internal issue with our internet connection here at our office that required attention, and some software updates to our machines were also required. I have also been tweaking our backup system and will be setting up a new backup server shortly that will expand our backup scope.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy new year, and that your coming year with M6 is a trouble free one :)

Added some extra shifts over the last few days. Every one seems to be busy working on their web sites over the Holiday break. I am constantly monitoring the load and will add extra shifts as necessary as this is the busiest time of year. I hope you are having a great holiday break!

Last week I was working on setting up the bandwidth executable on our servers. This has been of utmost help, as we have been able to monitor bandwidth usage per domain rather than per account.

Fixed some problems with the auto generation of sales report email.

I have had to take up several tasks on a priority basis. I will be working on setting up the fraud detection for the order form. Also need to set up an alert system for queries for automation and support, to enable proper checks and avoid queuing up.
