Welcome
Bob did an excellent job last week bringing the mail server attacks under control and keeping mail flowing. Over the weekend support numbers were brought back to normal and we are now back to normal support response times. A big thank you to those affected for your patience and understanding. As August is the slowest month of the year we've been continuing to balance servers and work on backend operations such as our internal management systems.

This week we're pushing forward with our migration plans. Our DNS move seems to have caused no real drama over the past week, and we're currently in the process of moving databases. If your database has stopped working recently, please, check your email to see if you have been moved.

If you didn't receive the DNS update email, or the newsletter, last week, the new DNS server details are:

Primary Nameserver: DNS.M6.NET
Primary Nameserver IP: 66.98.182.40
Secondary Nameserver: NIC.M6.NET
Secondary Nameserver IP: 70.86.49.58
Tertiary Nameserver: NS3.M6.NET
Tertiary Nameserver IP: 70.86.49.60

This week's been fairly busy for support, some internal changes to our DNS system and our internal servers has seen some unexpected problems pop up, however support levels have stayed at a manageable level and we've now got new, faster internal servers to work with, which should speed up things. We're in the process of migrating all clients off our older servers (216 and 206 prefixed IP addresses) onto a new network with much quicker access and new servers, this process is now nearing completion.

We are mainly focused in making sure our applications were working fine with the new servers. We are aware that some clients are facing some difficulties in control panel. We are looking into it.
