Director

Welcome
Queries are at zero and we are back to fast response times on support. Everything is running very smoothly. There were some issues with clients not receiving email responses from support. Bob found the issue behind this and has fixed it.

We have received more banners and more articles from clients and you can now see the banners appearing throughout our site. If you would to participate in this great opportunity, and increase your exposure, we are still offering free advertising slots and article space - for more information, please see http://www.m6.net/marketingoffers.aspx.

You will start to see client articles on our articles page and we're submitting them to over 100 article repositories. Your articles can be anything related to how you have used, or use the internet for your interests or business. It does not have to be about hosting or us - of course we would appreciate that also.

Network Operations
Network Administration
I've just recently finished upgrading SmarterMail on the server 70.84.97.170 to the latest, 3.2 -- this should solve a number of issues people have been having with the new interface. Other then that though -- all the work in Network Ops has been behind the scenes.

One thing of note -- we've updated our FAQ (at http://m6.net/faq.aspx); and addressed a number of common issues with the newer technologies we offer, as well as a number of issues that the support team deals with on a regular basis. If you're having trouble using your account - I encourage you to have a look.

Support & Customer Service
This week's has been good for support, we're on top of last week's influx of queries and now down to normal support levels, which should see speedy responses to your support queries. We've upgraded our SmarterMail 3 server to the latest release, and this seems to have fixed a few small issues clients were having with the web interface, and should also see an improvement in performance. The mail server blacklist issues of previous weeks are still in the final stages of being resolved, and that should be clear this week.

Development and New Technology
Hi everyone. It has been fairly good this week on the development side of things. Changes were made to m6.net website and order form changes. Also certain billing issues were addressed.
