Configure SmarterMail in Outlook as POP with M6.NET

Following Video and tutorial demonstrates the process of Configuring SmarterMail in Outlook as POP in easy and simple steps.

Open Outlook
Go to File > Add account
Select "Manually Configure Server Settings"
Then Selcet "Internet Email" from the services
Selcet Account Type as "POP"
Fill the User Information
Fill mail.domainname in both Incoming and Outgoing mail server"
Fill the user name(name@domain) and password under "Logon Information"
Click "More Settings"
In the "outgoing Server" tab, enable both "My Ougoing server(SMTP) requires quthentication" and "Use same settings as incoming mail server"
In the "Advanced" tab, set the Port number 110 to "Incoming Server (POP)" and 26 to "Outgoing Server (SMTP)"
Increase the "Server Timeouts" to 5 minutes
Click "Next" will run two tests on Account Settings
After successful completion of tests, give "Finish" to complte the configuration
You will receive "Microsoft Outlook Test Mail"
Now you can send and receive mails
